Our workouts look a little different in 2021. Outdoors, limited equipment, and a mask. Things have certainly changed, but we're not letting it stop us from getting after it.
Jake is a calisthenic and plyo specialist, muay thai enthusiast, as well as an R&B singer. He led our group of FlyGirls through a total-body sweat sesh, and they, as well as our new gear, kept up every step of the way.
