We are proud to introduce the newest addition to the Hyperfly gi collection, the Magnum. After dropping our first gold weave kimono last year, we decided we needed to add one permanently to the lineup.
This 550 gsm soft brush gold weave jacket is engineered like a JudoFly, meaning durable as ever and ready to take a beating, but the lighter, softer material feel like the comfort of a Hyperlyte. The pants are 10 oz cotton twill and feature an internal drawstring.
The Magnum features four to ten stitch extra reinforced sleeve and pant cuffs for durability and super grip breaking power. There is also an extra crotch reinforcement made of the same gold weave material, as well as a 10 oz twill liner across the bottom of the jacket skirt. In other words, this gi is reinforced and ready for war.
Along the wearer’s left arm is the oversized retro HYPERFLY logo embroidered up the sleeve. On the right arm is the classic HYPERFLY embroidered shield. Inside of the jacket features sublimated mesh material for comfort and breathability, especially during hotter months or more intense training sessions. The pants feature the retro HYPERFLY logo on the right leg.
Although this gi is not IBJJF legal, it is sure to be one of the most beautiful kimonos in your collection. Beyond that, the Magnum is made to function, with durability, strength, and comfort at the forefront of its design.
