At Hyperfly®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to make it right, whether that’s an exchange, store credit, or return. 

All Returns or Exchanges must be returned in the same state they were received within 30 days of receipt of purchase (60 days for orders placed from November 17 to December 25). Products must be unused and in their original packaging, in a resalable, undamaged condition and complete (if sold as a set).

Please read below to find out if your item is eligible.

The following items are eligible:

  • Must be shipped within the United States
  • International orders can be returned/exchanged, customer has to cover shipping and import costs both ways
  • Items must be shipped within 14 days once the return is initiated
  • Must be purchased from www.hyperfly.com
  • Item is unused, unwashed, and complete (gis must include gi bags)
  • Any stains or signs of use will void the return at the customer's expense

The following items are not eligible:

  • Orders received more than 60 days ago
  • Items that have stains or signs of usage, like deodorant spots or body odor 
  • If the item is damaged
  • If the item is not returned properly in its original packaging
  • Items with pet hair
  • Items that have been washed
  • All items purchased on sale can only be returned for store credit
  • All clearance and thrift items, items listed as 'Final Sale' 
  • If the item is no longer available on www.hyperfly.com
  • Items that are purchased from other retailers or distributors

Returning for a refund:

  • Refund goes back to original payment method
  • Original shipping cost does not get refunded
  • Return fee: cost of return label unless *Redo* Returns & Shipment protection was purchased with the original order.

Returning for a store credit:

  • Cost of item gets loaded onto a gift card
  • Original shipping cost does not get credited 
  • Items on sale can only be returned for store credit.

Exchanges:

  • You will have the option to exchange your item for another item directly through the portal.

Restocking fee:

  • We ask that all returned items are folded and placed in their original packaging. Any returned items received in unsatisfactory condition may result in a $25 restocking/cleaning fee or your return can be voided, with the item shipped back at the customer's expense.
