Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Hyperfly®. If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to do an exchange or return it for you.

Please read below to find out if your item is eligible.
The following items are eligible for returns:- Must be shipped within the United States
- International orders can be returned/exchanged, customer has to cover shipping and import cost both ways.
- Items must be shipped within 14 days once the return is initiated
- Must be purchased from www.hyperfly.com
- Item is unused, unwashed, and complete (gis must include gi bags)
- Any stains or signs of use will void the return at customer's expense
- Orders received more than 30 days ago
- Items that have stains or signs of usage like deodorant spots or body odor
- Items with pet hair
- Items that have been washed
- All items on sale can only be returned for store credit.
- All clearance and thrift items, items listed as 'Final Sale,'
- If the item is no longer available on www.hyperfly.com
- Items that are purchased from other retailers or distributors
- Refund goes back to original payment method
- Original shipping cost does not get refunded
- Return fee: cost of return label unless *Redo* Returns & Shipment protection was purchased with original order
- Cost of item gets loaded onto a gift card
- Original shipping cost does not get credited
- Return fee: free
- Items on sale can only be returned for store credit.
- You will have the option to choose "Instant exchange". There will be a hold on your credit card while you are returning the original item, the new item gets shipped out right away
- We ask that all returned items are folded and placed in their original packaging. Any returned items received in unsatisfactory condition may result in a restocking fee or your return can be voided, with the item shipped back at the customer's expense.
