The Icon Athletic Shorts
Let’s start with the just released Icon Athletic Shorts. These shorts are your go-to for lifting, running, yoga, and fitness training. They have pockets and zippers, which are great for securing your stuff while you’re out and about but not great for grappling, sparring, or fighting.
In other words, use these shorts for all athletic pursuits off the mat.
Some other key features include an improved waistband for added comfort, a reflective external drawcord for increased visibility, and zippers on the front and back pockets.
These shorts are available in black or slate gray with minimal branding at the front left leg and rear right hip.

The Icon Combat Shorts
The Icon Combat Shorts are made for battle. They are essentially a streamlined version of the Athletic shorts with no external pockets, no zippers, and a more durable fabric. These shorts are meant for abuse.
Hours of hard grappling sessions, round after round on the bag, and even rep after rep of cleans, snatches, and jerks at the Box.
Don’t get it wrong, these shorts are made for sparring but will stand up just as well to any workout, trail run, or yoga session. The main difference is the lack of pockets, zippers, and the internal drawcord for no loose ends.
The fabric won’t stain or retain moisture, and the built in compression layer with dedicated phone slot provides just enough storage for the essentials.
These shorts are available in black or sage with oversized reflective branding down the left leg and an embroidered logo at the front right leg.
