Hyperfly athlete Conner DeAngelis is one of the most promising competitors of today's generation. A purple belt gi world champion and blue and purple no-gi world champion, the Atos brown belt now looks to add the brown belt no-gi world title to his growing list of accomplishments.
We caught up with Conner at Keenan Cornelius' new gym, Legion Jiu-Jitsu, in San Diego ahead of the 2019 No-Gi World Championship.
Connor explained his thoughts on no-gi training and competition, what's changed now that he's a competitive brown belt, and details from his recent three week trip to Brazil.
