Customer service won’t get back to me
I had several defects in the belt I ordered. I started the exchange process on the website and got confirmation of the new belt, but I never received the return label for the old belt. I then sent an email, with no reply. Then I used the contact form on the website to send another message regarding this issue, and I still have not received a reply.
