Although I formally started my training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) in 2018 at the age of 6, my journey truly started at birth. I have been training in the principles of martial arts and fighting, especially BJJ and Muay Thai, since as far back as I can remember, it is a way of life.
In 2019, after only a few months of BJJ training, I entered my first competition… a local BJJ tournament where I won Silver medals in both the gi and no gi divisions. I instantly fell in love with the tournament atmosphere and have been competing ever since, winning all available local BJJ and grappling championships. This has led me to compete at the highest levels in the sport with organizations such as the JJWL, IBJJF, and ADCC, where I have won many national and international championships.
Some of my more notable accomplishments include being a: 3-time ADCC [Advanced Division] Champion, IBJJF Gi, and Inaugural No Gi, PAN AMs Champion, JJWL Inaugural No Gi PAN AMs Champion, and have secured an exclusive invitation to the first ever ADCC Youth World Championships where I won the Silver Medal, and I am currently undefeated in Super Fights. My BJJ and strength & conditioning training is supplemented by Judo, Wrestling, and Muay Thai, dedicating 6 to 8 hours daily. I am also a scholarship athlete for Granite Bay Strength and Conditioning, and sponsored by West Coast Nutrition in Roseville, California.
My current goals are to continue to compete at the highest levels, inspire others, young and old, to be the best they can be, and to become a better coach and mentor to my younger students. This is my warrior lifestyle and never quit mindset. Like Hyperfly’s “You Can’t Teach Heart,” warriors are born…but must be sculpted with proper training, sharpened with time, and tested in battle.
