I started training jiu-jitsu at Pablo Silva BJJ back in 2018, when I was around 8 years old. Before joining an academy, I actually learned a few jiu-jitsu techniques and concepts at home from my uncle. I trained for about two years until the COVID pandemic, where I was forced to take a two year break.

Fast forward to 2022, I decided to rejoin jiu-jitsu after the COVID situation had calmed down. I began to take jiu-jitsu much more seriously, as I was attempting to return to the competition scene as fast as possible. Many people expected that I would return back to the competition scene in a year after taking such a long break, but I did it in 6 months.

I started to consistently win tournaments, and dedicated all of my free time to jiu-jitsu. During the school year, I would drive straight from school to my jiu-jitsu academy. When it came to summer, I trained from morning to night, and it was the only thing I did. Because of this dedication, I was able to go from just rejoining jiu-jitsu after a long break to becoming a Pan Kids champion, which was done all within a year, if not less. My story is an example of resilience and persistence, and this is only the beginning of my long journey of becoming one of the best jiu-jitsu athletes in the world.
