I got a medium, but if you don't like a lot of compression size up. It is very cute and feels nice in the skin. Not sure if it would work for training jiu jitsu but definitely great for lifting or athleisure wear.

Actually love this top. I personally don't wear it for grappling, bc it's a little short, (I got a small ). But for every day attire super cute. Would love if they came out with mock turtleneck and a grip on the bottom to stay down for no gi !
