Never received it

I have not received this or the other Gi I bought. If I ever get, it I will write a proper review. However we will see how customer service handles this. I’ve already had to jump through plenty of hoops to file an insurance claim. And then give them the information. I’ve never had a customer service say “sorry we can’t do anything for you since you didn’t purchase insurance on top of shipping fees”. So far I am very unhappy with their process. Depending on how this is resolved will determine if I ever buy anything from them again

Unfortunately, without the additional insurance we offer, extra steps are required to properly file a claim. Thankfully, after completing the necessary steps for both of your orders, both claims were approved for a replacement. Hello. I previously bought a gi from you for BJJ training. Website advised A3L for my body type, which I bought, but after repeated washing and shrinkage both the trousers length and sleeve length are too short. Which size do you advise I get? I’m 195cm tall and approx. 98kg, reasonably slim build. Thanks.

Hi Steve, A3L should be a good size for you, it sounds like you are washing your gis hot or drying them. To avoid shrinkage, we recommend you wash cold and hang dry.

Do you have the actual dimensions of the Gis? It says I am A2s according to weight and height, but I prefer a A3 sanabul. So, I want to know the actual dimensions for comparison are for your Gis.
