Concept designs, produced with computer rendering and AI image tools by our design team. They are not photographs of manufactured goods. Files we deliver for public use carry a visible concept disclosure, and we ask you to keep it in place — presenting a concept as a product available for purchase can expose you to false-advertising claims.
By submitting artwork you confirm you own it or have written permission to use it, and that you can grant us permission to reproduce it for this project. Affiliation marks are the common snag — if your academy carries a lineage or association logo you don't own outright, get written sign-off from the mark holder before sending it. We can't clear it for you and we won't render it without it.
Your logos and marks remain yours. You get a perpetual, unrestricted license to use the delivered concept files for your academy. One honest caveat: images generated primarily by AI may not qualify for copyright protection in the United States, so we can't promise anyone exclusive rights in a render itself. Your underlying marks are unaffected.
Content you send us stays yours. If you leave the program we'll hand over your page content and files so you can take them elsewhere. We don't put ads on your page and we don't sell your student contact information.
