Great for men, not great for women
This is a well-made rash guard and the side vents are especially nice, but the unisex design was not a good fit for my body as a woman. It was tight in the hips and bust while being too loose across the upper chest and under the armpit area. Also it rides up while I'm rolling, forcing me to constantly be tugging it back into place.

Incorrect sizing
I'm 5'9" 180lbs, and the XL was way to small. I normally order larges from other stores like Gameness but wow, I think I'd have to drop to 160 for a nice fit.

Each brand will fit a little differently, our rash guards are created with more complex side paneling to help for a more snug fit. With the measurements that you provided we would suggest a Large for a more compression fit, and an X-Large for a more standard Rash Guard fit.
