    All order will be shipped within 1-3 business days, please take that into account when choosing a 2 - or 3 - day shipping speed. Due to different levels of restrictions internationally we cannot guarantee an on-time delivery for international orders. 
    Orders placed after dates below are not guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas:

        When will my order ship?

        Generally all orders will get shipped within 1-2 business of being placed. For international orders please allow up to 3 days for your payment to get processed. Once your order is shipped it you will receive an email with tracking details.

        What is the cost of shipping within the US?

        Shipping cost depends on weight and destination. We offer USPS and UPS shipping. A single item like a t shirt, shorts, or rash guard will be about $5-$10, a Gi can be anything from $8-$20. All orders over $200 receive complimentary shipping, all other rates will be calculated at check out.

        I paid for USPS Priority Mail, when will I receive my order?

        If you choose USPS Priority Mail, your order will get shipped within 1-2 business days. If you need Overnight or Express shipping please choose UPS Next Day Air or USPS Express. Next Day Air and Express orders placed before 12pm Mon-Fri will get shipped on the same day, otherwise they will go out on the next business day. 

        I placed an order internationally and was charged for customs when receiving my order. 

        Since we do not have control over what you get charged during customs in the receiving country we do not cover any custom or duty charges. You are responsible to cover those costs. 

        I placed an order internationally and chose USPS as a shipping method, now I can't track my package. 

        We highly recommend choosing UPS or DHL for international shipments. USPS  only has limited tracking and no insurance. Once the package leaves the United States it generally gets handed over to the local postal service. We are not able to contact them to find out about your package. If your package gets lost, we are not able to file a claim or replace it for you. 


        How can I make a payment?

        We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and AfterPay. You can also pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.

        My payment did not go through. What could be the reason for that?

        There could be different reasons for why your payment got declined. If you pay via credit card it could be your billing address. If your shipping address is different from your billing address please make sure you provide both. We are not able to manually adjust your billing address, if our system declined your payment you need to start over. If you tried paying via PayPal and it did not go through you can check with PayPal directly. They have their own verification process, we are not able to process your order until PayPal approves the charge. 

        I placed an order and did not receive any invoice or confirmation. 

        You should receive an order confirmation via email within 1-2 hours of your order being placed. If you did not receive anything please check your spam folder. Feel free to send us a message or email as well, maybe there was a typo in your email address. 

        I have a discount code, how do I apply it to my order?

        There will be a box on the checkout code to apply your discount code. We only allow one code per order. Note that we are not able to accept discounts codes on already discounted items, they work on non sale items only. 


        Returns and Exchanges

        If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color you can do so by sending it back for store credit. There is no return fee for returning for store credit. All returns for a refund will include a return fee. The original shipping cost does not get returned. Please click here to start the return process.         I already washed or used my item, can I still return it?

        We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used or washed. All items need to be new, in its original packaging and with all tags attached. 

        My gi ripped, can I get a replacement?

        These things can happen and we understand it is frustrating when it does. After all, they are made out of cotton and not indestructible. If your gi rips within 90 days of your purchase we will either replace it for you or get it repaired. Please send us an email with order number and pictures of your gi so we can asses. 

        I put my gi in the dryer and now its too small. Can I get a replacement?

        As stated in the product descriptions, none of our gis are pre shrunk. This means that if you wash it hot or put it in the dryer it will shrink up to two inches on each sleeve. We are not able to get you a replacement if you dried your gi. If you plan on drying your gis the sleeves should be past your wrists when trying it on.  

        Can I return my item to exchange it for something else?

        We don't do direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item please start the return process by following this link. Once we receive your return we will issue you store credit which can be used on another item. Returns for store credit do not have a return fee. 

         Questions about our products

        I don't know what size to get. Can you help? 

        Of course! If you are not able to determine your size via our size charts we are here to assist with any sizing questions you may have. Feel free to send us a message in our live chart or send us an email. Please provide your height and weight. Keep in mind that a Hyperfly A2 will not fit the same as an A2 from another brand. 

        How should I wash my product?

        We highly recommend you wash all gis, shirts, rash guards and shorts cold and hang dry. Our gis are not preshrunk and will get smaller in a hot wash or dryer. If you do decide to dry your gis please choose your size accordingly. We are not able accept any returns or exchanges once your item has been washed. 

        The item I am looking for is sold out. When will it be back in stock?

        We restock a lot of items every 2-3 months. Some items may not be restocked for a longer period or may be discontinued all together. You can sign up to receive a restock notification via email in the product page. Just go on the size and color you are looking for and enter your email address in the box that appears below. Feel free to send us an email or message as well! 

        Are your gis competition legal? 

        Not all of them. Most of our gis are IBJJF legal, some of them are not due to the color or material. Please look for the specification in the product description. 


        I want to be sponsored by Hyperfly. How dow do I apply?

        Find the link "Sponsorship" in the footer of our website. There is a form to fill out, tell us about yourself and why you want to be sponsored by Hyperfly. We read every application and do our best to get back to everyone. We receive a lot of applications every day, unfortunately we are not able to sponsor everyone. 

        I applied for a sponsorship and have not received a reply. How long does it take?

        We do our best to get back to everyone within a week. Please allow up to four weeks to hear back, we receive a lot of applications every day.
