This rash guard’s design honors the city of Lahaina, which has recently been impacted by wildfires, and incorporates the colors of the local high school, Lahainaluna.

Our dear friend, Jake Mapes, played a key role in shaping this design. Jake's personal connection to Maui began when he moved there in 1994 as a child, eventually embarking on a jiu jitsu journey at the Maui Jiu Jitsu Academy in 2001. Under Professor Luis Heredia, Jake achieved his black belt in 2009.

"Lahaina always gave back. My first two years there I had so many people want to help me. From my neighbors and teammates, they would give the shirt off the back for anyone. Meals, a ride to school, a place to sleep." -Jake Mapes

100% of the proceeds will go to the people of Lahaina. Jake will be dispersing this money directly to those who need it and were impacted by the fires.
