When will my order ship?
All carriers are handling an enormous amount of packages at this time of the year. Once your package is picked up we are not able control the shipping process.
We will do our best to get your order packed and shipped out within 7-10 business days for the following shipping methods:
- Complimentary Shipping
- UPS Ground / Standard
- UPS 3 Day Select
- USPS First Class
- USPS Priority Mail
- International Shipping
Any UPS Next Day, 2nd Day or USPS Priority Express will be fulfilled within 5-7 business days.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your package to be picked up and the tracking to activate.
Can I use my FlyPoints?
Your FlyPoints can be redeemed up to $20 at a time and will work on any non sale items. Non discounted items cannot be discounted further. You can also redeem them for a free shipping code up to $15. If you already redeemed points you can either save them for later or contact us to have them put back into your account.
How can I make a return?
All items ordered from hyperfly.com can be returned in an unused and unwashed condition by January 31st. To start a return, follow this link to get started.
Can I exchange the item I got?
We don't do direct exchanges, if you need a different size or color you can return your items before January 31st for store credit. The store credit can be used towards anything else on hyperfly.com. The store credit will match the amount spent on the original item, any sales or discounts cannot be matched on future purchases.
How long does the Black Friday sale last?
