I started training in September 2010 in Kanagawa, Japan and was introduced to jiujitsu by my dads boss at the time Yamada Shigetaka who became my first coach from white to brown belt before joining carpediem in Tokyo 2016.

My favorite part of jiu jitsu is staying calm in super uncomfortable positions and the ability to be fully focused and in the moment.

My biggest accomplishments are  For sure getting the invitation for ADCC 2022, 1st Place IBJJF American Nationals NOGI (2020 / 2021), 1st Place Quintet Fight Night II (2019), 2nd Place Quintet II Challenge (2018), 3rd Place IBJJF American Nationals NOGI (2020*), 3rd Place WNO Championships (2021), and 3rd place Abu Dhabi world pro.

Fun fact: I go by the nick name ‘the giraffe’ and I speak 5 different languages
