It was a pleasant phone call with updates and apologies. They are trying to do right as a brand and it was missed from some of their new systems and processes but have made immediate adjustment.

I can't review because I still haven't received it yet, nor have I received any status updates AND signed up to the damn recommended ARRIVE app. I also sent an email regarding updates and have heard nothing. I ordered this item on January 28th. C'mon guys?
